From enquiry to certificate in four clear steps

2. Receive your quote and enrol. We send you a tailored quote and the next available dates. Once your application is approved, you receive your access credentials.
3. Train live on Zoom. Join the interactive online lessons, work with the teaching materials and complete the final test.
4. Get assessed and certified. Your results and documents are reviewed. If all requirements are met, you receive your certificate.

Certification bodies assign auditors by IAF/EA sector, so a general qualification is often not enough. QA Quality Academy assesses and attests auditor competence in one or more of the 39 IAF/EA sectors, from agriculture and food to construction, information technology and health care. Our certification scheme for persons is structured according to ISO/IEC 17024. It sets out clear eligibility prerequisites, an independent exam and assessment, a documented certification decision, surveillance and recertification, and a formal process for appeals and complaints.

Are the courses online?

What is the difference between the 40-hour and the 24-hour course?
Both formats cover ISO/IEC 17021, ISO 19011 and the requirements of the chosen standard, and both end with a test. The 40-hour course gives you more time for each topic. The 24-hour course is a shorter format. Contact us and we will help you choose the right one for your experience and goals.
