Certified professional competence is a strategic asset for consultants, auditors and people in new professional roles. It gives clients more confidence in the services they receive. It also helps certification bodies qualify their auditors, which strengthens their credibility and their position in the market.
That is why we work on both sides: we train and certify professionals, and we help certification bodies build and document the competence of their auditors.
Three services, one standard of quality
- Training: live online Auditor / Lead Auditor courses in 40-hour and 24-hour formats for nine management system standards.
- Auditor qualification: a documented procedure to assess and attest auditor competence in EA sectors, for initial qualification and requalification.
- Competence certification: certification of competence in one or more of the 39 IAF/EA sectors, through a certification scheme for persons structured according to ISO/IEC 17024.
Our principles
- Consistency: the same documented criteria for every candidate.
- Separation of training and certification: our courses are optional, and relevant courses from other providers are accepted for certification.
- Impartiality: decisions are based on evidence such as documents, exam results and performance assessment. They are taken by people who were not involved in the assessment, following the ISO/IEC 17024 approach.
- Fair treatment: a formal process for appeals and complaints.
- Traceability: records are kept securely for at least five years.
- Accessibility: fully online delivery, so you can train wherever you are.
